First Day Of Spring

The first of Feb .......... it's a lovely day ........... but wait ............. it's a monday .......... the worst day of the week ......... fuck spring

January Wrap Up

Well , thats it , Jan done & dusted . 31 days of varying degrees of drink desire . 10 people on the dry , over a thousand quid raised , was on the Tom Dunne Radio show, have got support from many parts of the world  & a half a stone vanished into thin air . Good times ............... People so far have given up drink , crisps , beef & chocolate .......... random ........ All in all I couldn't have asked for a better start . 1 down .......... 11 to go .

Every Cloud ........

As month one ends , I weighed myself for the craic .............. as you may know , I began  2010aywb @ about 16 stone ...... I'm not exactly sure because I don't normally go in for weighing myself . However , everyone I spoke to said that I should lose weight by doing this  ........... so ......... I have since gone out & bought a scales to see if this no beer thing can actually result in any weight loss ! I can report that I now weigh 15 stone 7lbs , so ..... about half a stone gone already . If I keep this up , I will be fucked out of the Teehan clan ............. no smallies allowed .......... I must say that while its nice to lose a few pounds ....I'd still prefer to be a fat happy man , than a skinny misery ............ would love a fucking pint right this minute . P.S. those crusty hobbit feet aren't mine either ..............I have a stunt double to do all my action shots.

DDSL Kennedy Cup Squad

I'm working with some of the most talented under 13's in the country football wise to get them ready for this years Kennedy Cup . ( cheers Karl ! ) ..... Great bunch of young lads with huge potential . Coaching with my old Bray Wanderers sparring partner , Aido Cairns & learning loads from him on the coaching side . ( Aido holds his UEFA "A" licence )The squad is managed by Eoin Meehan, a really decent guy who I'm getting to know over the last few months . Our main competition is in June ......... will keep you posted .............. GT
