2010 A Year Without Beer

Seven Years Ago I Discovered That I Had Testicular Cancer . Thanks To The Brilliant Doctors & Nurses Of St. Lukes , Im Still Here Today. To Raise Some Money For St. Lukes , Im giving up Beer( All Alcohol In Fact) for a year with the support of family & friends . I am looking for people to do a month with me during the year . Just pick a month & let me know . Doesn't have to be Beer you can give up anything you like once you try to raise a few quid ! Cheers . GT

My Own Crew

Must be something in the air ....... but I'm feeling all melancholy ........ I couldn't possibly talk about my family without mentioning my own crew ...... The Teehan's 2 ..... The Teequel ! ........... I have been blessed with a best friend & wife ( all in the one package ) & the two most amazing sons that any dad could ask for ....... I dont know If I could ever have faced what I did with out Lyn ........ she is truely amazing & I discover more & more things to love about her every second of every day . She is the only person in the world who can really make me smile ........ the kind of smile that warms you through . As for my boys ..... Adam & Camryn ......what can I say ...... I want to part of their lives forever .......... they are incredible .......I tell you all every day that I love you because it's true ......... I love you now ....... I will love you always ........ XXXX
