2. After my come back, I won a kennedy cup medal with the Dublin under 14 representative squad.
3. I went on to become a schoolboy international for Ireland.
4. I was a signed schoolboy for Queens Park Rangers , at the time they were in the old first division.
5, I had trials for several clubs in England over a four year period including , Man. Utd. , Chelsea , Tottenham Hotspurs & Leeds United.
6. I turned down a two year professional contract with Spurs to finish my education.
7. I signed for Bray Wanderers & enjoyed 8 great years at the club. I still hold the record for consecutive appearences for the club. I won the senior player of the year twice during this spell.
8. I got capped at semi-pro international level for Ireland.
9. I played in two world student games as part of the Irish soccer team, captaining the side for the tournament in Japan.
10. I retired from playing due to injury but am a UEFA qualified coach currently completing my "A" licence.
