This quote made famous by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. strikes at the heart of what it means to be a mindful participant in any community. Do something tomorrow that you wouldn't normally do to help someone that you know or better still don't know ......... It feels amazing ...... believe me ...... this little challenge has taught me that if nothing else....... trust the good Doctor !
